The aroma of Atlas Cedar is rich, woodsy, balsamic with a subtle hint of sweetness. It is said to be one of the first essential oils ever extracted and was used in ancient Egypt for spiritual and religious practices, incense and perfumery, and has a wonderful grounding and masculine scent.  Atlas Cedar can be diffused during meditation for reflection, when feeling overwhelmed, to combat negativity and fear, or seeking the wisdom of the higher self. I love to blend with Bulgarian Lavender for a peaceful nights sleep.
