Character

One of the most loved oils in aromatherapy. Even the name Peppermint can trigger a memory of that particular scent. I'm always reminded of a little crystal candy dish that sat on my Grandma's table filled with chalky, white peppermints. We would always sneak into the kitchen and grab one :)

Peppermint is wonderful for all kinds of digestive issues and can help stimulate appetite, relieve nausea and is overall refreshing, stimulating and restorative. If you have an upset tummy, dilute with carrier oil and rub over abdomen in a clockwise motion. Sipping with peppermint tea after your tummy massage will have you feeling better in no time at all.

Wonderful for headaches and can be applied to temples and back of the neck in a roller ball for relief. I love to roll it on my wrists and breathe deeply throughout the day especially on hot, sticky summer days.

Peppermint also has the ability to adapt to the individuals needs. It will feel warm and heated on the skin when needed, or frosty and cold in different circumstances

Diffuse through the air when you need a "pick-me-up" or a few drops in the shower when you are feeling congested or with a cold.
