A therapeutic blend of

Eucalyptus globulus
Cupressus sempervirons Leaf Oil
Citrus limon
Eucalyptus radiata
Piper nigrum fruit oil
Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil
Styrax benzoin

Use

For Diffuser: 

• Place 5 - 10 drops of Cough and Cold into your diffuser and diffuse through the air. Don’t have a diffuser? No worries ... place a couple of drops on a tissue and inhale deeply to keep you going through the day. You can also place a few drops on the shower floor and breathe deeply as the vapours rise.
• Can be used to refill your personal cough and cold nasal inhaler
• For aromatherapy. For all other uses carefully dilute with the carrier oil of your choice prior to use. Please consult a certified aromatherapist or essential oil book for dilution rates and other uses.
• Always dilute before using other than aromatherapy & diffusion. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If pregnant or nursing please consult a health professional before use. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.
