 The scent is just what you’d expect from an oil with the name of Lemon on the front. Clean and crisp, uplifting and happy is the best way to describe Citrus Limon.

Lemon is very useful in so many ways and with its ability to assist in stopping bleeding it is wonderful as a wash for small cuts and scrapes. It is also detoxifying, great in a lymphatic drainage massage and has a wonderful ability to counteract acidity which makes it a great choice for rheumatic conditions, gout, arthritis and digestive issues. The boiled peels and juice is also wonderful as a warm drink every morning to wake the liver up!

 Use

For aromatherapy.  For all other uses carefully dilute with the carrier oil of your choice prior to use. Please consult a certified aromatherapist or essential oil book for dilution rates and other uses.

Contraindications: Lemon has phototoxic properties and exposure to the sun must be avoided after topical application for at least 12 – 24 hours. May cause skin sensitivity in some people so please do a patch test before using.

 Cautions:

• Always dilute before using other than aromatherapy.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
• If pregnant or nursing please consult a health professional before use.
• Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.

Alchemy

Diffuse Lemon essential oil to rid your home of air-borne germs and when diluted at 0.2% solution, the effects antiseptic properties can last for up to twenty days. Great for wiping down counters, door knobs and all around the house!
