Awaken is perfect for the home, office or work-space when you need to be on your toes, full of energy and thinking with a clear and bright mind! The bright notes of peppermint and lemon fill the air with the freshness of a spring afternoon, while frankincense supports us emotionally. This blend leaves you feeling energized, breathing deeply & fully, and stress free.

 Use

How to use: Place 4 – 5 drops of Awaken into your diffuser and diffuse through the air. Don’t have a diffuser? No worries ... place a couple of drops on a tissue and inhale deeply to keep you going through the day. You can also place a few drops on the shower floor and breathe deeply as the vapours rise.

For aromatherapy. For all other uses carefully dilute with the carrier oil of your choice prior to use. Please consult a certified aromatherapist or essential oil book for dilution rates and other uses.
