Character

Tea Tree oil is taken from the leaves of a small tree from New South Wales in Australia. The Melaleuca alternifolia oil has so many benefits is would be hard to list them all here. The Aboriginal people of Australia have used the oil for centuries for a wide variety of medicinal purposes such as treatment of Fungal infections, and sometimes the leaves were simply crushed in the hand and inhaled to relieve colds and headaches.   

Main Therapeutic Properties:Antiseptic,anti-fungal, skin infections, rashes, burns, dandruff, acne prone skin, herpes simplex, shingles, bronchitis.

Use

Suggested Use: For aromatherapy.  For all other uses carefully dilute with the carrier oil of your choice prior to use. Please consult a certified aromatherapist or essential oil book for dilution rates and other uses.

• Always dilute before using other than aromatherapy.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
• If pregnant or nursing please consult a health professional before use.
• Lavender is not known to have any contraindications
• Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.

 Alchemy

 Tea Tree can be diffused through the air to clear stale air in the winter months, when flu’s and colds are present in the home, mixed with water to wash counters, doorknobs etc. I love to make a room spray of Tea Tree, Lavender and Peppermint for a beautiful refresher!
