Rosemary & Mint Diffuser Blend

100% Pure Essential oils

Rosemary & Mint when combined in a blend smells fresh, herbaceous and penetrating. ! Energetically, Rosemary & Mint can bring us back to the present moment and uplift our spirits. Both of these essential oils are amazing on their own, but combined together in a synergistic blend, this duo offers so many benefits that I won’t be without it for my home apothecary

Feeling drained and exhausted? This is truly a go to blend when mental or emotional exhaustion sets in! It has been reputed to aid in memory recollection and is perfect if you or someone you love is studying for an exam or test. Diffuse in the air while studying and then direct inhale while writing.

This blend is wonderful for relieving headaches, migraines and when combined with Cypress essential oil it can give relief to varicose veins, cellulite. Dilute with the carrier oil or massage oil of your choice to help relieve the pain associated with muscle fatigue, foot pain, arthritis, spasms and cramps, and yes even tummy aches.

Rosemary has been used for centuries as a hair growth stimulator, as dandruff control and when added to conditioner leaves the hair shiny and beautiful.  Your scalp will positively tingle and feel so clean.

Have colds and flu bugs circulating in your home? Diffuse this blend to clean the air and get relief from bronchitis, asthma and even sinus infections. You can even place a drop on a bug bite to help relieve the itching!

Directions for Use
  • Place 4 – 5 drops of Rosemary/Mint into your diffuser and diffuse through the air. Don’t have a diffuser? No worries ... place a couple of drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale deeply.
  • Facial Steam – With a deep bowl of hot water place 3 drops of blend into the water, cover your head with a towel and let the vapours do their work.
  • 1 – 2 drops into your hair conditioner. Apply conditioner and work into scalp and hair, leave five minutes and rinse. You can also do a warm oil treatment for the scalp and wrap the head for 15 or 20 minutes.
  • Bath – place 2-3 drops into a cup of salts and stir well. Leave to sit for 5 minutes and add to the bath
  • If using in massage for feet or muscle fatigue be sure to dilute very well! I recommend a 1.5% dilution to whatever carrier you are using (oil, creams, gels etc.) eg: 2-3 drops into a Tablespoon.
