After a long day full of stress, tight timelines and the hectic pace of everyday life it can be difficult if not sometimes impossible, to decompress and be fully present for ourselves and our loved ones. By day’s end our shoulders are around our earlobes and we are wound so tightly we feel like we are living somebody else’s life … a truly stressed out, out of body experience! 

We encourage you to Rewind and take back the day anytime and anywhere with this calming blend of gentle essential oils.  Feel the stress melt away as you take a few minutes to breathe deeply and come back to the present moment … calmer, more centered and authentically you once again.

Directions

Spritz 2 or 3 sprays close to the body or even on the body and let the gentle mist of aromatherapy envelope you in its healing aroma. Sit quietly somewhere (even if this means locking yourself in the bathroom for 5 minutes ….. a little something I like to call a grown-up "time out"), close your eyes and take a moment to breathe deeply and rhythmically. Allow your breath to fill the abdomen and slowly exhale through the nose. Roll your shoulders back and down a couple of times to release the tension and strain, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Repeat this method of deep belly breathing and shoulder rolling 12 times before opening your eyes and moving forward through the day ahead.

Rewind Aromatherapy spray may be applied 3 or 4 times throughout the day to help the body come back into balance and calm the stress hormones.

Kelly’s tips: I love to carry a Clear Quartz or Moonstone crystal with me in my pocket.
