Join us for intentional breathing, meditative visualizations and guided journaling.

This experience will allow you space to quiet your mind and tap into your inner self.

 

We don't always make space for ourselves to sit with our thoughts and emotions.

This gentle two hour experience is a mix of intentional journaling with guided prompts, and visualization to anchor and energetically embody the intentions and awareness within you.

Included in this transformative experience is an specially blended aromatherapy roll-on to encourage an open heart. and herbal teas or water provided to help you ground.

Sound healing instruments are also played to help deepen the experience including drumming.

Self discovery and acceptance, with loving curiosity will leave you with a new confidence and self-love, with an intention to bring kindness and self-compassion back into your everyday life.

What to bring: We encourage you to bring your favourite journal, pens or markers, a yoga mat and/or meditation pillow, and a cozy blanket if you get cool during meditations.
