    Character

The aroma of Bergamot is very reminiscent of Neroli in the fact that it has a warm orange scent, yet is delicately sweet, spicy with a definite floral undertone. Bergamot has been and is still widely used in perfumery to this day! If you are a lover of Earl Grey Tea, then you might like to know that this essential oil is responsible for the unique flavour.

The powerful, antiseptic, qualities of Bergamot make it a valuable addition to skin-care, and is especially suited to oily skin and acne. Bergamot has a regulating effect on the appetite and is useful for both dieters and those who are healing and need to get their appetite stimulated.

It can be diffused during meditation for reflection, or when feeling emotionally vulnerable and is useful in opening the Heart Chakra. “I am Enough”!
